Jean-Pierre Fabre, candidate of the ANC (Opposition) for president of April 25 is not interested in any success.
He rejected Wednesday the results collection system called 'Success' proposed by the Electoral Commission (INEC).
It is based on three sending technical results from the polling stations to the CENI: the transmission to an interactive voice response (IVR), SMS and fax.
But according to the ANC none is reliable. One account the minutes with both signed by all members of the polling station and the Delegates candidates with their comments and complaints, said the entourage of Jean-Pierre Fabre.
But then what solution the ANC she recommends to send the manuscript documents at the headquarters of INEC in Lome night of the vote? By hand, caravan or pigeon?
It is normal for candidates require a process of counting and transparent collection. But see the use of telephone fax internet or other technology attempted tampering carries a slightly paranoid behavior.
