Premier Arthème Ahoomey-Zunu laid the foundation stone Thursday sewerage wastewater from the beach of Lomé.
A project estimated at 34 billion CFA francs funded by a concessional ready Exim Bank of China. A main pipeline will be built and a water treatment plant and rehabilitation of the existing collective network.
This work will improve the environmental part of the beach to allow for development of tourism and the resumption of fishing activities.
