Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Reuven Rivlin Israel Monday sent a congratulatory message to the Head of State Faure Gnassingbé to mark the 55 th anniversary of independence of Togo.
The two leaders emphasized the historic ties with that country in West Africa and greet the dynamics of bilateral cooperation.
