Togo Terminal, a subsidiary of the French group Bolloré, up finance 200 million CFA francs construction of school buildings, sheds markets and sanitation infrastructure in the cities of Kara and Dapaong.
The execution of the work is entrusted to the National Agency for Development in the base (ANADEB) and part of the community development program in urban areas (PDC-ZU). Local labor was recruited locally.
