A reciprocal visa waiver agreement for holders of diplomatic and service passports and Public Affairs was signed in September 2014 between Togo and China.
It will take effect in a few days.
..to Mark the event, Robert Dussey, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, organized a ceremony Thursday in Lomé to seal the deal in the presence of the Chinese Ambassador to Togo, Liu Yuxi.
